1. Import an Adobe Premiere Pro Project File (.prproj) file in Adobe Premiere Pro

You can open the .prproj file easily. Go to File > "Open Project".

2. Export the SRT subtitle file from Adobe Premiere Pro

Open the sequence in Premiere Pro and go to File > Export > "Captions". Choose "SubRip Subtitle Format (.srt)" from the export window.

3. Use the "Ferramenta & Conversor de Legendas" to convert the SRT subtitle file into a VTT subtitle file

Open the free Ferramenta & Conversor de Legendas, select "SRT" and set "convert" to "VTT". Generate and download the file. If you have problems converting the file, you can contact the free support.

4. Done
